Twin shaft mixer

　　The twin-shaft mixer is used in the process of pre-adding water to form a ball. Its working principle is that when a quantitative amount of raw meal powder flows into the mixing tank from the feeding port, it is sprayed onto the raw meal powder by a number of water atomizations with a certain pressure. The shaft of qualitative length is stirred by the stirring blade to form a ball core with consistent water content, and is transported to the pre-water-forming ball plate. The entire stirring is divided into three areas: atomization area, mixing area and discharge area. The hard gold cutter head is welded on the stirring blade, which has good wear resistance and long service life.
