RCYZ series vibrating dry powder iron remover is a special micro iron removal equipment specially designed to remove iron powder and iron impurities from powdery materials. It uses rare earth permanent magnet material to provide the magnetizing field, and generates a high gradient strong magnetic field outside the stainless steel box. The two stainless steel thorn plates move laterally relative to each other, and the two stainless steel plates are covered with equidistant magnetic induction rods. When the material enters the stainless steel thorn plate box through the funnel, it passes through the magnetic induction rod vertically under the action of its own weight. The mixed ferromagnetic substances are adsorbed by the magnetic induction rod. When there are many ferromagnetic substances adsorbed, the magnetic field is manually transferred to remove the impurities. This machine can feed continuously or continuously, and the iron removal rate is over 95%.
