Principle:
The conveyor belt load and speed signals are sent to the microprocessor-controlled measurement, control and adjustment system for processing, and the actual feeding rate is constantly compared with the set feeding rate, thereby controlling the speed of the conveyor belt to keep the feeding rate at a constant. on the level.
System Features:
● High-resolution load cells with a displacement of at least 0.1 mm ensure accurate measurement values.
● High-resolution digital pulse speed sensor to ensure accurate speed value.
● Gravity automatic tensioning device ensures constant belt tension and avoids belt slippage and excessive tension.
● The belt automatic deviation correction device avoids the production being affected by the deviation of the belt.
● The pear-shaped scraper removes the debris on the lower belt to one side to avoid the debris between the belt and the roller surface from damaging the belt.
● The scrapers on the inner and outer sides of the belt prevent the belt from sticking and changing the tare weight.
● No assistance required, easy belt replacement and simplified maintenance.
● The master and slave rollers use self-aligning bearings, which are very convenient for installation and adjustment.
