1. Overview

Ordinary rubber conveyor belts are suitable for conveying materials whose temperature does not exceed 80°C. When the temperature of conveying materials is 80-150°C, heat-resistant belts should be used. When conveying high-temperature materials of 300-500°C, high-temperature-resistant conveyor belts can be used. When conveying acidic, alkaline, corrosive, oil-containing materials and organic solvents, acid and alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant and oil-resistant rubber belts or plastic belts should be used. Conveyor belts working in fire-hazardous places should use flame-retardant belts.

　　Driving device: when the power range is 2.2-5.5KW, it is easy to choose electric drum as the driving, which can save space, but the ambient temperature is not easy to exceed 40 ℃.

　　When the power is greater than 55KW, the motor should be selected, and the decelerator and the drum are driven separately. The surface of the drive drum has three forms: bare steel surface, herringbone and diamond pattern rubber covering.

　　There are two kinds of diverting rollers, light-splitting surface and rubber surface.

　　The idler is made of seamless steel pipe, and there are four types: groove, parallel, centering, and buffer. There are three types of 100mm; vertical weight tensioning device, which can automatically compensate for the elongation of the conveyor belt by gravity as the tension changes; There are 2, 3, 4m three-speed, fixed winch tensioning device for long stroke and large tension (30-150KN), long distance, large capacity belt conveyor, the maximum tension stroke can reach 16M.

　　There are two types of cleaners: head cleaners and empty section cleaners.

　　Unloader: There are two types of manual plough unloader and electric plough unloader.

　　The electrical protection can be equipped with: conveyor belt deviation monitor; conveyor belt slip monitor; conveyor belt longitudinal tear signal monitor; material level control monitor, etc.
